Any lake in the BWCAW
I make two or three canoe trips up there every year.
Local lakes are too crowded

Rainy lake is prety cool, you can really get lost on that lake.
If you get a chance, rent a houseboat.

Lake Marion is nice on a Sunset
Crosby I was going to mention because it is such a clean lake. Major ups on that one.
