It is sort of like folks moving down south because of lower taxes and cost of living and then complaining because you can't catch a bus to ride all over the place and other things (duh).... (Oh, no offense to anyone from up north or transplants...)

I don't understand what you mean... Do you think that Rand Paul thinks that removing "civil rights" would be like a time machine and there would be two waterfountains and african americans riding in the back of busses?? I seriously doubt it. I don't think Rand thinks that either.
Also, this is about Ron Paul and Rand is new enough to where I don't know a tremendous amount about him....

Well said. It's absolutely preposterous to think that because of one silly photo that he wants to divert back to the old times. It's what I'd call "a scare tactic".
