Best place to get Etouffee?

On a business trip until Saturday, where is your favorite place to get authentic Cajun cuisine, specifically etouffee?

Cuisine from La. to L.A.

I personally like the Gumbo Pot at the Farmer's Market, located at 3rd and Fairfax. This is a very unique outdoor shopping center with foods from all over the world. If you've never been, I highly recommend it!

Sounds delicious, I'll have to try that when I'm back down there next month. We ended up going to the French Quarter and eating at a little historic place called "Olivier's Creole Restaurant." It was wonderful, try it next time you're down there, I'll definitely go back!

I have had many great meals and really good etouffee at a little hole in the wall called Coops Place. It's near the edge of the french quarter on Decatur Street.

Also, go to Port of Call for an awsome burger with a fantastic baked potato.

When we are down there, Port of Call is almost always on my list of places to hit for dinner.

Its at 838 Esplanade Ave. Here's the Google Maps page on it. The burgers are really top notch. Definitely my favorite of anywhere.
