Dry Heating Pad?

What has happened to heating pads? I needed one last year when I fractured a vertebrate and all I could find at CVS were Chinese plastic ones with a cloth cover. The plastic just doesn't conform well to the human anatomy. Our previous heating pad of yesteryear was like a miniature electric blanket, soft and cozy, but I cannot find such a thing today.

Perhaps the Vermont Country Store has one.

I bought just the opposite from VCS a few years ago--one of those ice bags with the metal screw lid for headaches. You can't find those anymore, either.

The answer is simple, just open the plastic, slip out the inner pad and place in a new cover. I had considered this but was afraid the wires were bonded to plastic then I found this;
