That's pretty cool.

I've always wanted something like that to screw around in.

I have a fascination with teardrop trailers.

I love teardrop campers also. Everything you need for a good night's sleep in a tiny package.

The only thing worse than going up-hill with that is going down hill and realizing your brakes are inadequate.

That reminds me I need a brake job.

HOOOO … my suggestion is to use the open one trailer … summer time it will be much better … I believe such vehicles must have an additional 3rd brake (just like tandems are equipped with such an additional cone brake – it can be tightened and leaved tightened while running downhill and handling with the other 2 brakes) … and meanwhile … what does it mean “teardrop” trailer ... ? ... I imagine it is a trailer which makes you cry while pedaling up the hill ...

Yes ? I smiled too ? I prefer one wheel trailer ? it needs less space on the road ?

Each are fine for specific terrain. Off paved roads (trails) single wheel trailers work best. Paved roads a 2 wheel trailer is your best choice. Enclosed trailers like teardrops just are not practical or worth the price when compared to other choices. Nice to look at though.

My main consideration is, that when bicycle on the edge of the road (I always do it because of the traffic), the trailer wheel is always on the road too ?

Exactly. And hopefully give you more room when they pass because a 2 wheel trailer is wider than the bike pulling it. Also a 2 wheel trailer is more stable in a cross wind and when large trucks pass.
But it's all a matter of preference. I plan on taking a tour by bike his year and if I pull a trailer (over paved roads) I will probably pull a 1 wheel. Cost is also a factor.
