Will it ever stop snowing?

Well it was a wonderful weekend here, all the snow that we had got last week is almost all gone now. Has been warm for the 3 or 4 days.

It's going to be about 8C later this week, but it's gonna take a lot more than a couple of nice days to melt all the snow we've got here. Wouldn't be so bad if we'd just get one nice big dump, but we just seem keep getting 5-10 cm every second day.

Shoveling the driveway is getting a little stale.

Yeah I know what you mean. The last snow we got I just waited till it got warm and let it melt.

And here the weather was perfect ? we had again temp records this weekend and I used this perfect time to bicycle across the fields ?

Hay Bob, do you ever have dogs chase you while on the bike? If so, what do you do to stop the dogs?

Hi Mark !!! I am glad to see you in the pub … you are right – dogs love very much to attack bicyclists. Even years ago one succeeded to bite my leg. I had a knife and I have understood that it does not work properly against dogs – I did not succeed to kill it.
Since then I have always brought with me a spray against dogs (and not only) – you can see it down just comfortable for my left hand. I can say that it is a great pleasure for me to use it, it is very effective.

I have something similar for when I go hiking in the back country to use just in case of bears. About 99% of the time I never seen any but it's nice to know I have it with me.
