Keystone Lake has a couple places, but they are closed right now due to the eagles nesting in the same area.

Do you camp at Keystone? If so are they equipped with "modern" bathrooms?

I haven't camped there before, but I know there are a couple parks with restrooms and showers. I would also assume that means there's modern plumbing.
