My furbabies love everyone, and constantly try to jog with the neighborhood people. When they go out to the front yard, I have to look first, then open the door. I have been searching for someone to build me a driveway gate to stop them from running out since I already have a yard fence. My dogs are little guys, (AKC Brussels Griffon & a shelter survivor, all 10-14 lbs) and most neighborhood dogs are big (25+). All the delivery ppl just leave my place grinning or laughing out loud. Wonderful doorbells for an old lady. They are my "kids" that I'd be lost without.
This is BamBam, female, spayed, AKC Brussels Griffon, age just over 9 now:
This is Verdel, my first Griff. Male, AKC, almost 11. Found him in a pet shop of all places!! His AKC name is Betty's Tasmanian Bell cause he gets into everything. Sure love this little guy ... he's also neutered now.
Here's SueSue, their baby, age almost 8, who absolutely refused to leave home with anyone so I let her stay with us. She's a smooth coat and Mom/Dad are rough coats. She's a sweetie! spayed also.
then there is my shelter pup, Jesse. I couldn't let him starve. He says thanks every time he gets close to us and that is every few minutes. He'll eat anything and I do mean anything. He has a fondness for very small toys and will carry thing around in his mouth as if he is MOM. He cuddles them with kindness. Such a darling dog and a delightful addition to my family. Jesse is now just over a year old. Neutered too.
as you can tell, they all think they are humans with fur... .
