Thank you Mayor Nutter for blocking Milton Street from attempting to run for Mayor of Philly, citing residential requirements that state candidates must live in the city a minimum of 3yrs. Since Street was in Federal Prison outside the city, he can't run for mayor.
...So it's not because of his criminal record that he can't run... It's because of his residential status?!
