Leo Albanes is known as The Negotiator, a savvy Realtor in Punta Gorda, Florida. He believes in good, professional, old-fashioned customer service where the client is #1. Raised in Miami FL and a Certified Scuba Diving Instructor Leo developed a passion for helping people and assisting them to accomplish their goals to face their fears. Always in control and knowing what needs to be done to tackle even the biggest hurdles. Leo decided take on the corporate world and moved to Chicago to become commodities broker at The Chicago Mercantile Exchange one of the largest commodities trading floor in the U.S. Leo quickly moved up the ranks by being aggressive, responsible and hardworking. When you are in the trenches of the trading floor with millions of dollars’ worth of trades, honoring a decision made good or bad says a lot about an individual. Leo decided move into his Real Estate career when he moved back to SW Florida where he became a real estate Broker in the Punta Gorda, FL area. With knowledge of technology he learned in Chicago and with the internet just beginning to explode Leo felt that the best way to do so is by learning more and more about technology and how it could be incorporated into real estate as fast paced as that may be. The internet and technology is the way of the future in Real Estate and as always, Leo wants to be the leader of the pack, spending time learning and teaching others various aspects of Technology and new media presence available for Realtors, like himself, to use. Never wanting to follow but lead the way into the technological world when it comes to Real Estate. Leo sees and understands that certain technology like the internet, social media, videos and internet marketing to help his clients Buy, Sell or Invest in Real Estate. Leo is excited about the ability for people in today world to use this technology with his help and literally sit in their own living room to make buying their dream home happen. The future of Real Estate marrying technology has already begun and will only get better. Leo is always excited to continue to learn, teach and utilize each aspect of new technology to make his Real Estate business more and more exciting for those willing to utilize it.
