I just get out the old "peeler", as in the second video, or more usually a sharp "paring knife".....
the 15 minutes would almost cook it.....and, I do the eggs easier than that, too! .....
just hardboil them and go ahead and peel them under the running water, LOL!!...
folks can make some weird videos and some of them could use some more information!..
