This first photo will be my first entry for the month......the second is to show where this guy goes to work each day........the little white box just below the "T" of the climbing crane......he has to climb the tower to go to work.....

That's a "Ditto" for me, too! I couldn't go up that tower farther than probably the first landing...here's a little closer view of the stairway
he has to climb each day and it is only one section of that tower.....
