Downtown Farmer's market

I heard some time back that they were going to open a Farmer's Market downtown - supposedly a pretty nice one. Does anyone have any information or updates on this? How will it interact with the Fulton/Fuller farmer's market?

I'm interested both because I love the farmer's market and because I work with a local organic farm that does business there.
