Mead like in honey based wine?
If I ever get a hive to winter over I wanted to try to make some. I'd be interested to find out if anyone else is making it.
Thats a tough call, I think your best bet would be to find some like minded individuals at a local homebrew meeting. Mead seems to be more of an acquired taste - but Im willing to bet there are a few at your local HB meetings.
I just missed the location on a local show but they were interviewing some guy who had a Mead bar. I wasn't able to catch the whole thing. Did anyone else see it?
