What are the safest, best, neighborhoods in Jax? If we move there, we'd be looking to rent a house or apartment. If possible, we are looking to live in an upscale professional neighborhood.
Don't know if you're still looking but I live in Heritage hills in Orange Park and its a nice middle class neighborhood. Never had any problems with theft or break ins or anything.
Worst thing I've had to deal with is a couple people not mowing their grass. lol
Heritage is a nice enough neighborhood, but it is hardly in Jax. Ortega and Ortega Forest are probably the nicest "old money" neighborhood in Jax. Followed closely by Avondale San Marco and San Jose.
