I'd love to open a discussion on winemaking. Bring to the table all of your experience and tecniques. I am a Woodstown, NJ grape grower. Bring it on.
I make a dandelion wine every spring using the dandelions from my in-laws place in Hurleyville NY. I have 4 vines in the backyard but they are table grapes and I doubt I could make anything decent from them...
I'd Like to know where everyone buys their grapes. I'm in Teaneck and the closest place for me is Corrados but I'd be willing to drive a bit for grapes especially if I could find organic ones.
