Try Ignatius on Magazine in Uptown... awesome little spot with great RB Poboys!

Mother's downtown for the Debris sandwich. I don't need to say much more, because they wrote the book on the Roast Beef PoBoy.

I think Mothers has a god roast beef. Not the best out there. Parrans in Metairie is on my top ten list.

can't go wrong with a PoBoy, but I prefer the seafood ones... shrimp, oyster, etc.

Comeaux Grocery in Bridge City used to make a awesome Roast Beef Po-Boy. It's been a while since I've been over that way.

With so many good places to eat in and around the NO area, it's tough to pick the best. But hey, that can't stop us from trying to find the best one. (Now on to the next sandwich).

Mahoney's is a newer, up and coming place. Not sure about the roast beef, but everything I've tried has been pretty good.
Guy's Poboys is a good one, too.
They are both on Magazine.
Domilise's is overrated, in my opinion.

Mahoney's is one of my favorite poboy joints, esp the fried green tomato and shrimp romalaude

I made a stop by Mothers over the holidays and I just feel like it's not what it used to be. It's still a great spot, and the Ferdi/Debris are great, but Parkway has them beat on the roast beef front.
