In NC, there used to be tests for mental clarity and emotional stability but I seriously believe those tests were eliminated due to lack of People able to pass, so we became saddled with nitwits and idiots that drive their patrol cars however they choose disregarding laws/regulations (like speeding on every road, not using headlights in the rain, etc.) as well acting as they want (when approached about their actions, telling the questioners to mind their own business) regardless.
Hopefully you, jeep_chic, will become a respected addition to your squad/troop and not merely another body in a uniform.
