+1 for Root Cellar. I'd tell you what I order every weekend, but then my secret identity would be revealed. Suffice it to say, it's all awesome. Unfortunately, there are a couple of servers who are not quite up to par (the rest are great).

El Charro across from the old fire station, behind Davis Tire, has great salsa and a migas plate for breakfast for $6 that is so big you can skip lunch.
San Marcos never ceases to amaze me with all of it's hidden Mexican food spots. Never heard of this one, but I'll try it out!
Excellent omelets!
They have over 50 types.
During the summer time, service is not the best... but then they are not a very large place and handling supersized crowds is difficult.
However, during the off season, service is friendly.
