Introduction to an Introduction..

[Suburban Sprawl]

Hello.
I am moving to the San Marcos within the next 2 to 3 weeks. I just wanted to say hello, but most of all, I was wondering if anybody knows a pretty personable restaurant or store or coffeeshop (preferrably) close to the Square that is hiring?
I am able to work full time. So keep that in mind!
I appreciate it, and look forward to being in San Marcos!!

Welcome! There are a number of places in town, but summer is hard, as things are a lot slower here when most of the students are gone. There are at least 3 coffee shops downtown. Lots of bars and restaurants. Service is notoriously bad here, so if you are good and have experience, you might do well. Don't work at Gil's Broiler.
