I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer at Windmill Townhomes. It is a 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath two story townhome. The rent is $367/mo plus half the water and electric. Free Cable. You would have your own room, fullsize bathroom, and walk in closet. The kitchen, living room, dining room and a half bath are downstairs, the rooms are upstairs. The kitchen comes with all appliances and a microwave. The unit has a FUll SIZE washer and dryer downstairs. 5 minute walk to campus, Grins, the tavern and a coffee shop.
