Well it passed. All students wishing to partake in extracurricular activities will now be forced to pee in a cup.

RICKY WILLIAMS WAS ONE OF THE BEST PLAYERS IN THE NFL; WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THE ATHELETES WOULD DID NOT PARTAKE IN CERTAIN SUBSTANCES AND WHO COULD NOT COMPETE ON HIS "LEVEL." APPARENTLY CERTAIN SUBSTANCES HAVE LITTLE SUBSTANTIAL EFFECTS AND YOU CAN CONTINUE TO FUNCTION. "DARE" IS ONE OF THE MOST BIASED PROGRAMS TO EXIST AND SHOULD BE ABOLISHED. SCHOOLS SHOULD TAKE NOTICE IN THEIR CHILDREN, NOTIFY THE PARENTS, AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. HIGH SCHOOL ATHELETICS, IN ALL HONESTY, ARE NOT WORTHY OF CONDEMNING SOMEONE WHO USES A CERTAIN SUBSTANCE, ESPECIALLY IF THEY PERFORM ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT A "NORMAL" PERSON WOULD.
