I don't know about haunted by the former Northern State Hospital in Sedro Wooley is a fun place.

The Harvard Exit Theater in Capital Hill is alleged to have a ghost. I sometimes lights a fire in the fire place and starts the movie projector. There's a ghost tour that runs out of a shop near by and goes to other haunted places. Northwest Mystery Museum

There are a couple others around town too. Search Google for ghost tours seattle.
