fishing this late in the season
are crappie still biting this late into the year? any recommendations?

Deep water Eufaula, Tenkiller, or Fort Gibson. If you are fishing from bank then heated dock.

They could be, We got into some Catfish one year off of Prue Road, we were fishing for Crappie, we caught like 400 Catfish that week it was crazy. Just one of those freak of nature timing things i guess, we haven't been able to repeat it since...
