Ice Fishing at North Crow or Crystal Res.

I'm sitting here at work, waiting for the last 15 minutes of the day to pass. I think I want to go ice fishing this weekend!
I wonder where would be the better place to go.... Crystal Resevoir in Curt Gowdy or North Crow Resevoir....Any one have any ideas of the ice thickness up at either one of these ???
Maybe I'll play hookie on friday and go up and check it out....
Any recommendations or suggestions are welcome!!
