No mention of Boardwalk Billy's? That's my favorite low price place to eat. You can't beat their lunch specials, or location if your a student at UNCC.

Big fan of the old school Penguin. Now since the old owners took it back it has gone to the bottom of my list

Can't wait for the Diamond to open up in plaza midwood

Mickey & Mooch

Mickey & Mooch has a nice atmosphere, good service, and good food. They give a generous portion with their glass of wine!

My favorite sushi place is Ru Sans off of Park Rd. Tempura and Yakitori by the piece.

Nobody has mentioned Cantina 1511. Probably my favorite, although it's really hard to pick. I would pick Chima, but that's really a special occasion place! Oh, and gotta throw in Big Daddy's Burger Bar!!!

I went to the Penguin the other day, pretty good....
and then I went to Pinky's Westside Grill - blew penguin away!
Fried Pickles were twice as good and the burger was AMAZING! definitely better than the penguin. I didn't try the corndog at penguin but the one at pinky's was pretty tasty. Also, 2$ draft shocktop everyday all day
