If you're in to climbing or hiking our mountain biking, head out to New Paltz. It's an amazing trad climbing area with thousands of routes.

Great fishing, low golf prices if you know where to go and we need your sales tax dollars

I would have to say the Adirondacks too. The Lake Placid area is my favorite summer getaway.

If you are running coast to coast, you should pick a thing to focus on. If you are into beautiful countryside, then the Adirondacks or Catskills are beautiful. If you're into beer, we have craft breweries dotting the whole state. If you are into culture and history it is hard to pass up the City's museums and architecture.
