I have never been sworn smoker, and yes, there is such an effect although cigarettes we use are very light. I do not like this effect, I enjoy of the cigarette aroma. The same is with my drinks ? Most of all I love the aroma of nice drinks and the half of my drinking time is to smell it . It is interesting that it is not the same with my meals ? The meal is something like fuel for me.

What about bicycling, if you find a time to bicycle 60 ? 80 kilometers in the weekend, results would be great.

Meanwhile I lost my sport form ? my first tour, I intend to do it in the middle of April, will seem to be more walk, not bicycling ?

I do but I try to time my smoke breaks with my coffee breaks so it's hard to determine which is buzzing me.

What, 90-110 kilometers per week to and from work is not enough?

That is what it usually looks like here at this time of year. This year we have almost no snow yet. Very strange, but I could get used to it.

The snowing stops … even the country is unblocked already – the traffic is possible. In my town the festival is going – hundreds of people are drinking and jumping, thousands of bells are ringing … no possible to stay there for more than 15 minutes …
