I can't complain...much. I took my grandkids to a small theme park with lots of go kart rides, tilt-a-whirl, rollie coasters, etc.....my old bones don't like all that activity!

Mark ... my sport form is awful ... 50 kilometers for almost 4 hours ...

Oh yes Mark! the temp was 10 deg above freezing, no wind and very nice sun!
The region around my town is very nice for bicycling - there are several routs and circles - 50, 60 90 and 110 kilometers, no any traffic ... unfortunately last 2-3 years I choose only the first ...
for the evening I have a bottle of nice red wine ... cheers !!!

I'm spending all day replacing 4' long fluorescent lights in the G/F's garage today. The ballasts are bad so I was going to replace the ballasts and be done with them, but why is it that ballasts cost $24 a piece, but I can buy an entire new light fixture for $17?

Just doesn't make sense to me!

I have switched to fluorescents in my shop. I've noticed the same thing. In fact Walmart doesn't even carry the smaller bulbs anymore, just the whole fixture.

And here is a real spring ? temp is 18 ? 20 deg above freezing ? so ? bicycling ? but since yesterday I have begun a 10 day diet ? I hope to tight the belt one hole until next weekend ? so next 10 days no rakia, no brandy, no whisky ? tee only ?
