59th & Douglas

Anyone ever go out there? Just south of Tinker on the east side. Nice little area to do some wheeling. I've been out there during a monsoon and it was a muddy mess, which I loved!! There is also some trails down through a creek.

I'm not sure where your talking about. I live in Midwest City, around Reno and Air Depot and only have had my Wrangler (JK) for about 2 months. I use to really be into mud'n when I had a big Toyota 4X4 but that's been about 15 years ago. I'm really looking forward to building up my Jeep and taking into the mud.

At the corner of SE 59th and Douglas go east on 59th about 1/8 of a mile. There is a field with a couple of dirt roads. Take one of the roads south to the trails and mud pits.

I guess no one ever gives you any trouble being out there?

I have not seen any signs posted any where and have never been approached by anyone. I'm not out to get a trespassing charge or tear up private property so I keep a look out for signs.

I did see a truck from Tinker stuck out there. I bet someone got their rear end in a sling over it too!

I think I need to travel that way. Looks like it could get down right fun.

That looks like a whole lot of fun. As soon as I get the wiring bug fixed on my CJ, I'll have to get out there.

Is that mud? Did you bring a hose. I haven't seen rain around here in a while. Rather dry here in Edmond!!

The pic with the military truck and my muddy jeep was taken back when we had that big rain storm about a month or so back. It was a muddy freaking mess out there and I loved it!!
