Boutique Beer Stores?

Is there anything like this in the STL area?

I'm not sure what you mean by boutique beer, but typically if I want to find a nice selection of beer I head to Lukas Liquor on Manchester; or Friar Tuck's. I've been told of a place just off 44 at the Jefferson exit called Randall's that is supposed to have a very nice selection as well.
