I dress comfortable but I always try to match everything so I still feel good about what I'm wearing. It's more about feeling good in what your wearing so I guess comfortable goes both ways...
My idea of getting all decked out snazzy is britches without holes . . . and I like to wear my OWN britches out too, I don't buy none of that PREworn out crap, I like the new ones, (they're getting hard to find too).

I do dress up, I have suits and what not for formal occasions.
I have one very nice jacket and a couple of slacks (not really a suit) that I bought after I grew out of my youthful togs. I went from a 32 to a 34, and it made all the difference in the world in terms of comfort and style
Brooks Brothers makes nice white shirts. Excellent stitching, fit and feel. I know this because one of my son's friends left one here after their grad and I'm still wearing it
