We have been transplanted out of Texas for a couple of years now but make the road trip back once or twice a year. Missing Texas BBQ we stopped at KD's Bar-B-Q just off I-20 in Midland and it was delicious. We now stop coming and going. Well worth a stop if your in the area and need a BBQ fix.
