Personal chefs in HI

Hi,
I'll be on a trip with my family in May and my wife had a nice idea to experience some local cuisine. She wanted to have a chef cook traditional foods with a mini cooking class for our family to participate in.

Can anyone recommend a chef that offers that type of service?
