Yea, but never knew what it was as I was always limited by the storage space. I have room for 20 gallons of finished beer, it takes two months for my friends and I to drink half of that, I make 10 gallons per batch, I also brew and bottle a 10 gallon batch of straingt lambic style every year, so how much beer do I make in a year?
As far as I know, Pennsylvania allows brewing beer for home use on two conditions: 1, you don't sell it; 2, you don't brew more than 200 gallons a year. Odds are, you have nothing to worry about - if you do brew over 200 gallons, I'll have to salute you!
I would say the limit is how much your equipment will hold
I can only do 15gl but working on that
If you drink more than 200gl a year I wouldn't tell no one!
The limit is 100 gallons per adult, but no more than 200 gallons per household, so, just cause you may have a household of 5 adults does not mean you can make 500 gallons.
What they don't know won't hurt them. I read 100 gallons per adult so I took that to mean 200 gallons for my wife and I. All grain brewing can be costly for the gear but to brew 200 gallons in one year would put a hurting on the wallet.
