Fixer uppers!
Anyone here have before/after photos of a fixer-upper house?!
My wife and I are seriously considering a run-down house, fixing it up, and then either living in it or sell it and try to make a profit. We're very frugal people, and we also enjoy bringing old, run-down things back to life, so it's perfect - we see it as a more enjoyable hobby than as a duty.
It'd be really encouraging to hear from someone else who has done something like this before!
