I like to get out in the woods as much as possible and hike around. Took up Geocaching to give me a little something extra to do while out hiking. Really enjoy practicing survival skills and just relaxing in the woods. Prefer to stay off trails and venture out to see whats out there.

My wife and go camping with our kids a few times a year. I have been looking for a nice "deep woods" camp ground. We normally go to Des Plaines Fish & Wildlife Area or Illini state park, but I am looking for something a little more primative.

ROIT As far as a two-person tent it depends on what type of camping your are looking for. If you are talking about ultra-light backpacking I would suggest something like a Northface Tadpole 23. If it's car camping where you aren't worried about the weight of everything you carry than just about anything works.
