how bad is the rain

How bad is rain and flooding in downtown LA?

Rain is consistent, but not raining too hard. That said, it seems like the sewers are doing pretty well. Went through D/T today and it was ok. Some low intersectios have standing water but it really is not that bad.
I hope it stops soon!

So far with this rainstorm, they have evacuated 220 homes in last year's burn areas in the foothills of La Canada/Montrose areas, and besides Laguna Beach having a overflowing river in the center of their town, So Cal is handling the rain pretty well.

I think the worst of all the rain was in the san diego area. Lost of mud.
