That is a great time of the year to visit the coast. Golfing & fishing is nice here. Ocean Springs is a nice place to spend the afternoon shopping or eating at some unique and great small places. Hope you have a great time!
I recommend doing some fishing for red fish. It's really fun. There are alot of historic places to see too, including Jefferson Davis' home where he retired to after the civil war.
