North Koreans didn't announce their last nuclear test. Not that I think it's North Korea.
What do you think it is, Jacko?
China, for two reasons.
China stated last week that the US is dishonoring their investment. For them, it is a cultural thing and not so much the dollar, but they know the US is purposely devaluing the dollar, this may have been a message to that.
The other is the 43 war ships that O took with him on his wirlwind vacation....maybe telling him a broke leader should stay home and mind his own business.

Underground with no intended or unintended target, IIRC. And I believe they did test launch some short range missile a couple of years ago in the direction of Japan, they did announce this in the typical NK way of a threat...again IIRC.
I just think it's pretty bold to launch a missile because of a financial gameplay... and hasn't China been de-valuing their currency for at least a month now? That along with cutting off their precious mineral exports - I think we have more reason to be agitated with them than them us.
And yes, NK's was underground just as a test.

It explains nothing, did you read it? Please post page # that specificly addresses launch date and time.
Also, #45 is dated Nov 6th.....not enought notice, just common scense would tell you that, or that it is dated to Nov 6th but I see nothing posted but Oct months, or anything posted for that region.
Further if this were the case why does the Pentagon still claim it to be a jet as of this afternoon?
Axiously awaiting.
Good question. It appears Section III is a collection of NAVAREA warnings for October. I'm not sure what good it does to publish warnings after the fact. I've asked my friend to clarify...maybe this proves nothing. It may be the October dates were when this announcement was first made, as the last entry on p55 and going into p56 (the one I was referring to) was canceled in November.
Page 50 says "NAVAREA IV WARNINGS issued from 211100Z to 281230Z October 2010." so presumably the October dates are when these events were planned.
The section in question (p55/56) reads:

So it would indeed appear this is an after-the-fact warning.
Incident took place after Nov2. This missile is too large also.....just does not explain in my view.
Further, with the media coverage that has taken place the CG or someone would have made a statement by now....they have not. Other mariners have not. FAA would have been notified....they say they were not.....

Yup, I see that. Again, sorry...didn't mean to spread misinformation.
Does it bear mentioning this took place exactly three years to the day when one of China's subs surfaced in the middle of a carrier group? We never heard 'em. Could be a correlation, maybe it's a screw-up of our own, maybe it's something else.
But I have a hard time believing it's a mere contrail from a jet.

Do we have any pictures with landmarks, or videos of this? The only picture I saw was of a random trail of some kind. Sorry if someone already posted this, but just curious.

A commentary in the Liberation Army Daily on Thursday laid bare rancor over Washington's naval exercises with ally South Korea, and over its criticism of Chinese territorial claims to swathes of the South China Sea, where Taiwan and several Southeast Asian states also have claims.
"A country needs respect, and a military also needs respect. 'If someone doesn't hurt me, I won't hurt him; but if someone hurts me, I must hurt him," wrote Major General Luo Yuan in the paper.
"For the Chinese people and the Chinese military, those are by no means idle words."
The angry commentary in the PLA's top mouthpiece, carefully vetted by censors, also underscored Chinese military pressures weighing on Beijing as it crafts policy.
The U.S. and South Korea last month held a joint naval drill in the Sea of Japan off the Korean peninsula, which brought condemnation from China, which answered with its own heavily publicized military exercises.
First, in terms of security, Chairman Mao Zedong once said, "We will never allow others to keep snoring beside our beds." If the United States were in China's shoes, would it allow China to stage military exercises near its western and eastern coasts? Just like an old Chinese saying goes, "Do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you," if the United States does not wish to be treated in a specific way, it should not forcefully sell the way to others.
