I agree, but try and get those same legislators to pass the law. Yeah, right. Good idea though.

I would worry more about the insider trading first. and before any laws allowing the government to spy on the people on the internet we should have laws that allow the reverse to automatically happen and the people to see everything the lawmakers do on the internet (this would guarantee strong privacy laws).
