need a house to rent

Hello all,

my roommate and I are looking for a house to rent in any of the historic districts..this has been really difficult as most of these homes are for sale and not for rent..does anyone have any ideas or know of anything opening up in the near future (the latest we could move in is July-ish)? thanks for the help!

PS - I know this isn't the introductions section but I'm going to take the time to say hello and introduce myself. This past semester was my first at Texas State and I already love this city so much. I'm majoring in Journalism and Anthropology and I like to cook, read, knit and play the banjo. = )
