I've had good luck with permanent placement from Molly Brown Temps in Downtown Seattle. Small place, really friendly, and there are quite a few businesses in town that do all there hiring directly through them. Their focus is clerical and admin type stuff, but sometimes if you have special skills, you can be easier to place.
