New Butcher Revolution?

I've started to notice there are more and more butcher shops opening. It seems like people are starting to care more about local products and not ones trucked halfway around the country. My wife works downtown and discovered Rain Shadow Meats and we have a Bill the Butcher by the house. Anyone else love these places? Costs a little more but totally worth it!

Just down the street from my house we have Shawn and Ted's Quality Meat Market. That pace is awesome and I stop in whenever Im buying meat. It makes supermarket meat taste bad. Its nice because its located inside Top Of The Hill Quality Produce which has great veggies and fruit so Im there pretty often.
