I know the concrete on my decking had small pieces of fiberglass or similar substance within it. I was told it was to reduce hairline cracks. Funny thing was the fact the concrete had a fuzzy feel until the glass was worn away.

Neat stuff!
I didn't know that.

With the humidex, it's well over 100F here today so I'm really wishing I had a pool, but the pool season here is maybe 4 months, so it's really hard to justify the cost. Not that that stops any of my wealthier neighbors.

Mostly I end up swimming in creeks and lakes around my cabin. But's that's a few hours away and isn't doing me much good right now when I need a plunge the most

Nice pool Ken. Good thing your daughter likes you

Nice looking pool there Ken. I'm jealous but then again I'm jealous of anyone getting to swim while sit here sweating in 100?+ temps.
