Christmas Brew

Anyone brew a creative "Seasonal" brew? Like a Gingerbread Stout or a Chestnut Brown?

I tried to secondary with cranberries, orange peels and a few spices. I am pretty sure it is infected and it currently tastes bad. I will keep this batch for awhile. If it tastes bad I will be dumping it but will give it until next holiday season before it gets flushed...It looks like grapefruit juice...

next time try to soak your cranberries and peels in vodka or starsan to kill the buggies.
(dont worry about the starsan. the yeast will like you very much for it)
