Smoque BBQ on Pulaski near Irving has awesome ribs. They use a dry rub and then serve their homemade BBQ sauce on the side. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives did a feature on them a couple years ago. The place is awesome. I am from the burbs and whenever we are in the city we make a point to get to Smoque.
The best place for any kind of BBQ food for a very reasonable price is Bandana`s BBQ. We have one in Rockford. For 30.00 they have a feast for 2. Which includes 1/2 chicken, 1/2 slab ribs, pulled pork and beef, 6 pcs of garlic bread, 2 sided dishes (we prefer LOADED baked idahos w/melted cheddar cheese, and soda bevs. And food to take home with you. All this food is rubbed amd then they have 6 different sauces on the table you can pick and choose different flavors. MMMMMM.
