What does Carson City need?

I feel like Carson City needs something to get it going?

We've got a tiny beer geek bar scene with Feisty Goat, sort of Red's Old 395. There's not a lot of centers for activity. Downtown is mostly food, then politics.

they're trying to build that big stupid knowledge center at the Nugget. But is that what Carson City is really for?

What do we need to become an active city? Or do we even need to become active?
