Peterson's Offroad did their "Ultimate Adventure" in NH
Linky here: Ultimate Adventure 2010 Introduction - 4-Wheel & Off-Road Magazine
BUT, it was all on private property! :-(
Evidently, most offroad sites are on private property and only accessible through joining a 4-wheel club.

I don't know of anywhere except class 6 roads from the Delormes books.

There IS an Offroad park in Granville, NY (3 1/2 hrs from Lowell, MA)
Mettowee Off-Road Extreme Park
M.O.R.E. Park & Club

There's quite a few class 6 roads around the lakes region. Not sure if they are still open but, they were last time I was there about 3 years ago. Lots of fun there.

There is a huge off road park in Pa. somewhere. I think the best bet in NH is class 6 roads

Yeah, that's Rausch Creek Offroad Park. I understand they have everything from mild trails to... well pretty extreme stuff. It's not unusual for people to trailer their rigs into Rausch. My brother-in-law has had quite a few good times there.

I've heard recent stories of friends heading up there.

Any public places are going to be Class VI, and most people won't publically say where they are so they don't get over-run.
There is a good amount of private land, but you either need to know someone or join a club (Look at the NE4WD organization as most of the area clubs are part of them.)
