I made my first skateboard out of a roller skate that I cut in half.
A ten speed bicycle was a very exclusive racing machine.
Jiffy-Pop was the fastest way to make popcorn and you had to cook it on the stove.
A remote control for the T.V. could only change the channel but we didn't have one anyways! (we had T.V. but no remote)

I used to have an old JVC VCR with a "remote". It had a really long cord that plugged in to an output on the VCR and then ran across the room to where we would be sitting.

They still are, till the little white balls get everywhere. As an adult I have owned 2 and they have both met similar fates in a matter of weeks.

1. Fat friend sat down to hard and the little white balls went everywhere.
2. Left a puppy lone in a room with them. She enjoyed it, little white balls went everywhere.
